Notes:
 The MONITOR-class concept came from a need for a wholly new spaceframe for 
 large combat vessels. It maintains much of the external appearances of a 
 NEBULA-class variant, but is much larger. With the Interchangeable 
 Equipment System modules, a MONITOR-class starship may be optimized to 
 nearly any possible mission, though they will probably tend toward combat
 missions due to their relatively heavy armaments.

 The MONITOR-class is not capable of saucer separation.

 All MONITOR-class starships are to be named for famous warships,
 and will be given registry numbers in the 92500 series.
