Notes:
 The TARAWA-class concept came from a need for a dedicated ship 
 for the transport of a full regiment of Marines. Capable of 
 forced-entry planetary assault, the TARAWA-class has massive 
 landing struts and an unorthodox single-hull design, resembling 
 a flattened version of an ancient Terran submarine, its two 
 nacelles mounted amidships.  

 All TARAWA-class starships are to be named for historical amphibious 
 battles or ancient Terran military installations, and will be given
 registry numbers in the 93000 series.
