* Exported from MasterCook * Crunchy Herb Chicken Recipe By : Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Low-Cal Main Dish Poultry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 ounces chicken breast halves -- 2 breasts 2 teaspoons mayonnaise, imitation -- lite 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard -- or yellow 1 teaspoon mixed herbs 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup corn flakes -- crushed 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon salt black pepper -- to taste imitation margarine -- spray (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter) 1. Heat oven to 350º. 2. Spray baking sheet with spray and heat pan. 3. Mix mustard, mayo, and herbs and coat chicken. 4. Coat chicken with corn flakes, pressing on thoroughly. 5. Place chicken on baking sheet, sprinkle with onion, garlic, salt & pepper. 6. Lightly spray coated chicken with cooking spray. 7. Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
