Drain and rinse with water. Place in skillet and add tomato, corn, green pepper, garlic, water, and beef cubes. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes on low heat. When tomato is tender, turn off the heat and add instant rice. Cover for 5 minutes then serve. Optional garnish with red and green pepper slices.
