Layer chicken mixture in a baking dish with cheddar cheese and bread crumbs, and Parmesan for about 2 layers, topping off with breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Mix Egg Beaters and milk and pour over casserole. Top with almonds and bake, covered, in a 350ºF oven for about 30 minutes until bubble and the chicken is cooked through.
