Mix well and form into 16 meatballs by forming meat around a chunk of mozzarella cheese, slightly indent tops. Place in a baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar , mustard and ketchup. Spoon evenly over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 mintues.
