Clean and cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Spray a shallow baking dish with butter-flavored non-stick cooking spray. Place all vegetables in the baking dish and lightly spray the tops of the vegetables with the cooking spray. Sprinkle the vegetables to taste with the garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, and parsley. Place the vegetables in the oven and cook until tender and lightly charred, stirring occasionally. Divide into 5 equal servings. Note: Since zucchini and mushrooms are unlimited bonus items, you may as well use them as much as you like. You can put them on a kabob for more style.
