Cook brown rice per bag instructions, about 10 minutes. 2. Lightly spray frying pan with cooking oil OR melt butter pat. 3. Drain shrimp and cook in greased pan with 1 Tbsp. garlic powder. 4. Add cooked rice to shrimp. 5. Add the other Tbsp. of garlic powder. 6. Stir in ketchup. 7. Add salt and pepper to taste. 8. Cook about 10 minutes. 9. Garnish with chopped parsley.
