* Exported from MasterCook * Crispy Chicken Dijon Recipe By :Jane Kuttner Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Foodmover Foodmover Cookbook Main Dishes Poultry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 boned and skinned chicken breasts -- 4 oz each 14 1/2 oz chicken broth -- can of fat free 4 cups mushrooms -- or 2 cans, chopped 1/2 cup herbed bread crumbs 1/2 cup dijon mustard 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Clean chicken and place in baking pan. Pour broth over chicken and sprinkle with garlic and paprika. Coat tops of chicken pieces with Dijon mustard, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and top with mushrooms. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes until cooked through. Suggestion: Chicken pieces such as legs and thighs can also be used for this recipe.
