* Exported from MasterCook * One Loaf to Live Recipe By :Richard Simmons Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Low-Cal Main Dish Poultry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Loaf 2 pounds ground turkey 2 eggs -- beaten 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs -- whole grain or sourdough 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 cup fresh tomatoes -- peeled and chopped Stuffing 1 small zucchini -- sliced 1 carrot -- sliced 4 slices mozzarella cheese, part skim milk 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1. Combine al Loaf ingredients. Place half in a lightly oiled loaf pan. 2. Steam zucchini and carrots for 5 minutes. Make a well down in the center of the mixture in the loaf pan and layer zucchini, carrots, cheese, and basil into the well. 3. Place the remaining loaf mixture on top.
