* Exported from MasterCook * Some More S'Mores Recipe By :Winifred Morice, Michael Krondl & Richard Simmons Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cookies Low-Cal Sweetie Pie Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips 3 tablespoons fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar 6 whole graham crackers -- rectangles, split in half to make 12 squares 6 tablespoons marshmallow cream 1. In a small saucepan, heat chips and condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa and sugar until smooth. (If mixture in made ahead of time, reheat in microwave oven at 30% power until good spreading consistencey, about 1 minute.) 2. On each of 6 graham cracker squares, spread 1 tablespoon of chocolate mixture. On each of the 6 remaining squares, spread 1 tablespoon of marshmallow cream. Sandwich both halves together for all 6 and serve warm or at room temperature.
