Princess Maker
The one that
started it all!
This
is Maria. She is the little girl you raise in this game.
There was a great war, and she had been orphaned. You,
the hero, take it upon yourself to raise her and try and
give her a better life. You have Maria from the ages of
10 to 18. The rearing begins in April at age 10, and it
ends in March. Like the other Princess Maker games, you
find out her fate (after all the raising) in life when
she has her 18th birthday. |
If there was a way for me
to get this game, I would love to play it. I have DOS/V,
so that isn't a problem. ^_^ I did in fact find the game
in Korean, but alas as you may already know I do not
speak Korean. <sigh> Well at least I have the game
for my collection. :) Anyway, you soon find out that it
is not easy being a single parent even if you are a hero.
This is more than likely why you get help in raising your
future daughters in PM 2 and 3. |
My friend Shieo sent me
some trading cards for this and PM2, so when I can get
them scanned I will put them on this (and my PM2) page.
When I get more info about this game as well as pictures,
you'll see it here as soon as I can put it up. :) |
The
Card Scans Are Coming!!!
Well since this and my PM3
pages looks to be the ones with very little information,
I thought why not try and do something to try and show
off the game? Hence, here are some of the PM1 card scans
that I scanned while I was visiting my sister. Those are
the cards that my friend Shieo sent me from Japan last
year. :) Anyway, I will add more whenever I can. Also,
please forgive the slantness of some of the photos. I was
having a rough time with Mr. Scanner, and most of the
time he won. :/ |
Dress
Spring
Summer Fall Winter
Here we see Maria at 17
years of age showing off her seasonal attaire. This is
game has a huge wardrobe for Maria. Who knows... Perhaps
I'll be able to include all the dresses from ages 10 to
17? It's a thought! :) |

Pictures from the Princes Maker 1, 2, 3 et al
games belong to Gainax, Microcabin, Ninelives, and Takami Akai.
Thanks to PM-LAW for his input.
