My parents were born in
Richmond county, Ga
At a time when things were not good, my father had to
work on their family farm and was not allowed to attend
school because their father said it was a waste of
time.
My mother was pretty much in the same boat, She
worked in a cotton mill from about the age of nine
years.

My parents were not properly raised in a loving
home and consequently neither were we, my brother,
my sister nor I.
As I got older I began to understand this and no
longer looked down on them, Don't get me wrong, they
were my parents and I always loved them. It's just that we
grew stronger as I got older. Like the old saying " I
knew the answers to all the questions, unfortunately I
didn't know the questions, and they did."
As eluded to earlier I had one brother and one sister,
my brother passed away in 1997 at the tender age of 55.
My sister who I will not age for my own sake (she's
still living) recently moved from Leesburg, Fl to
Windsor, SC and now lives less than six miles from me.
