Your task is to find out where the food/dishes the cooks have decided on come from, when and how they are served and the tradition associated with them so as give background information on the menus served at the Copa. You must also find out about the etiquette rules so as to inform the waiters and winemaster on how to proceed.
Together with the rest of the staff discuss the type of restaurant you want it to be, the number of dishes/drinks to be offered and how they are going to be presented.
