The English Socialist Party

Due to a prolonged period of ill health, The ESP has not been updated til now. Let us re-commence...

November 9, 2006 saw a judgement in the trial of Mizanur Rahman over allegations of 'stirring up racial hatred and incitement to murder' during the "cartoon demo" at the Danish embassy, London in 2005. There is no hard evidence of Mr. Rahman brandishing any "hate placards" as alleged. Mr. Rahman was found guilty on the former count, but the jury could not agree on the latter count. Mr. Rahman remains in custody awaiting a retrial or possibly a series of retrials until the required guilty verdict is arrived at...

November 10, 2006 saw a judgement in the trial of Nick Griffin (BNP) for a similar offence of 'stirring up racial hatred' - actual filmed evidence of his inflammatory remarks exists. Mr Griffin was aquitted, and was seen in news broadcasts celebrating with his cronies over a bottle of new-brand "white beer" outside the court...

What is any citizen of our nation to conclude from these events on concurrent days in November, 2006? One law for whom-and one law for whom else...?

'Heroic' KLA 'fighters' (or more properly Albanian thugs, drug dealers, arms smugglers and murderers used by NATO to destroy what remained of the former Yugoslavia during the Kosovo campaign) have been spirited into England to live the good life as reward for their efforts on behalf of the UK government. Recently, two members of this honourable band of 'freedom fighters'- relocated to the North of England - brought a law suit against the British Army for "stress" caused when they were about their evil deeds under NATO direction in the Kosovan capital, Pristina. Apparently they were 'mistaken' for the armed criminals they actually were by a British patrol and fired upon.
A lavish cash settlement has been awarded to these 'heroes' by the English courts...
No doubt such cash payments from the public purse will help fund further prostitution, hard drug supply and gun/people smuggling in the UK.

Last evening, my home was desecrated by psychopathic hard-drug addicts demanding money from my son who has sadly fallen into the lost world of heroin. The police were quick to respond to my call for aid, but, as ever, the perpetrators had fled and my son would rather die than press charges against these urban terrorists for fear of reprisals.

We have seen this pattern for long enough - the North of Ireland is ruled by gangsters and thugs whilst the authorities stand helpless against the fear and intimidation instilled in the population.

Here in England, we see another threat in the guise of the heroin terrorists.

If civil law is ineffective against such activities, can the Terrorism Act not be applied? For terrorism is exactly what the drug thugs are guilty of.

This is a largely covert threat to Society - no-one knows about it until it happens to them or their children. The Government would rather the general populace remained unaware of this menace - in no small part because recent UK government foreign policy has exacerbated the whole problem of hard drugs in this country. Here's how...

Let's go swinging on the coat-tails of George B and his cohorts into Afghanistan; let's bring down the evil Taliban as we sweep our way eastward to seize natural resources and the land to pipe them through...

Let's use the excuse that the wicked Taliban oppress women, and er...other nasty stuff.

Hooray-we brought down the Afghan government inside a week! We used every crook, murderer and slimeball available from mercenary warlords to do the dirty work whilst B52 bombers destroyed the countryside and sowed the poor earth with a vast crop of new cluster munitions which caring organisations had been trying for years to clear. Heartbreak for groups such as Vietnam Veterans Against Landmines and for the people who worked for the late Diana Spencer's dream of a landmine-free world...

But women can wear make-up now - and people can watch tv amidst the ruins of their homes! Marvellous: well worth three thousand Afghan dead...

But the gravely sinister repercussions of the brutal destruction in Afghanistan are now being felt on the streets of England: the Heroin trade is blossoming in the hills of Afghanistan. The Taliban regime cut heroin production significantly - but now the Warlords backed by the West want their pay off. And sure - you guys can grow all the shit you want. We'll make sure you're not disturbed and we'll even have our gallant "Special Forces" protect you whilst you go about your business.

So the Heroin Plague stalks the streets of the West with no sign of lessening. But hey, our courageous allies in the war on the evil Taliban have to have someplace to sell their wares and to make their money as part of the deal for toppling the Taliban...

Thanks, George. And Tony-I hope your kids never get a taste for the powders of death flooding out of "liberated" Afghanistan...

The horrendous savagery of events in Madrid (11/3/04)lead to many speculations. Spanish politicians leap forward, eyes covered, ears muffled, drooling with venom for their preferred perpetrator, ETA. Perhaps the accustomed target of their fire has become such a part of the Spanish political psyche that knee-jerk reactions are understandable.

But what of a newly-emerging conclusion that other terror agencies may have been responsible for the wicked slaughter in Madrid?

The theory that Spain's unhesitating military support for the invasion of Iraq may have made it a target for international terror leads to a fearful conclusion which perhaps that nation's politicians
would rather not face up to. Hence the invocation of the dark spectre of ETA-for so long wheeled out to galvanise the Spanish people into a reaction to such evil events as 11/3.

IF some shadowy network of Terror OTHER than ETA are involved, and if it was for the reasons mentioned above, then an even deeper cause for concern raises itself. The vast majority of the Spanish people did not support the invasion of Iraq, yet many of these ordinary decent citizens lie torn and mangled by the indiscriminate attacks in Madrid.

IF the Madrid bombings were the work of vengeful allies of Saddam, then we truly have an enemy to fear - one who takes no account of people's opposition to their governments' actions.

As the English Socialist Party offers its brotherly sympathies to the victims of 11/3, we remember the eternally sad fact that politicians howling for action, revenge and scapegoats never seem to ride the morning railways...

Constitution
The English Socialist Party was founded in December 2003 and is dedicated to furthering the aims and ambitions of the great English socialist thinkers.

HG Wells, Shaw, the Webbs and the early Fabians formulated a philosophy of social justice and equality which is in danger of becoming eroded out of English life.

The English Socialist Party is dedicated to all people of our nation - celebrated and less so, who throughout history have striven to better the lot of their fellow citizens and have enriched the spirit of our society thereby.

Despite the title,The English Socialist 'Party', the ESP does not consider itself a politically combatative organisation - indeed the ESP will gladly serve as an advisory body towards the current government of whatever flavour. Wherever power-seeking, arrogance and intellectual ineptitude cloud the issues of Government, The ESP will gladly provide what advice and help is required to ensure a smoother sailing for the ship of state.

The ESP has no ethical, moral or philosophical ties with forms of Socialism formulated in other nations, other than in humanitarian aspects of these doctrines.

The ESP considers itself associated with national Christianity and is tolerant to all Faiths practised within the nation.

Wherever our nationals are subject to unfair treatment and injustice, whether in the homeland or abroad, The English Socialist Party considers itself bound to offer its support on their behalf.

The English Socialist Party affirms its support for the Democratic Party in the 2004 US Presidential Election.

Loneliness is Powerlessness - Division and Fear destroy the cohesion of a Nation. It is negatives such as these which The English Socialist Party intends to eradicate from our society.
