Background/History:
No one knew where he came from, the child was found abandoned on the steps of an
orphanage in the dead of winter. Scott’s affinity for magic manifested very
early, odd things happened around him even when he was an infant. As he grew, so
did the number of strange occurrences around him. When he was five, the Master
spirited him away and began training him to use magic. Scott was a natural mage,
the only one of his kind in years, able to do virtually anything he set his mind
to. He was linked to mystical energies without the need to invoke names of power
or use other external tools. The Master gave him with the breastplate fitted
with a mystical gem that would help govern the flow of energy and aid in his
control. Apparition was adept at using his powers to manipulate his density and
appearance and committed many pranks in his youth, pretending to be a ghost,
hence his codename.
Personality/Motivation:
His constant training both in the use of his magic and to lead the Covenant in
the field quickly beat down his youthful exuberance. He became quiet and
studious and spent all of his time preparing for battles against the evil mages
the group had been formed to stop. Then, they discovered Anhk and Scott fell for
her hard, not lessening his dedication, but certainly making him a happier, less
obsessed individual.
