Background/History:
Mystery Man left the Earth to battle TEC in the 1950s and fell in love with a
woman from Ultra, one of the elite soldiers in his army, named Lynnette roughly
translated. After a very hushed wedding to keep their relationship secret, they
continued to battle side by side. When Lynn became pregnant, Mystery Man decided
the safest thing to do would be to send her to earth. Lynn went to St. Louis and
met All American and Frantic Blue. They set up an identity for her and she had
her child with no difficulties. Once she had recovered from the birth, she was
torn by her responsibility to her people and her daughter. When Mystery Man
arrived to see his child and his old friends, they decided the best course was
to leave his daughter to be raised here as he had been. Leaving Karen with
Frantic Blue, the Prince and Princess of Ultra returned to the battle with TEC
with virtually no one knowing of their daughter’s existence. Frantic Blue and
his wife kept Karen until Scribble and Fin retired and they sent her to be
raised with Barracuda and Nimh. The three youngsters became family. Following in
both her family’s traditions, she became the heroine Brick House, since the
name ‘Mystery Woman’ had already been taken. When an accident activated Dr.
Shmit’s long forgotten robot duplicates of the original Circle of Justice
team, the three young heroes went to stop them and ran into Lightning, Thunderer’s
daughter. After defeating the robots, they decided to form a team to replace the
Circle of Justice and honor their parents by becoming the Legacy.
Personality/Motivations:
Being raised by Frantic Blue and with Scribble and Fin, Brick House learned
responsibility with a sense of humor. Being a hero was never a chore with them
and even with the weight of her royalty, she never feels burdened. Due to her
toughness, she is quite a scrapper and enjoys a good fight.
