SILENT SAVEGERY

'Twas no later then midnight

Whence from my bed I did rise
A vision of death in the pale moonlight
My skin as white as the snow on the ground
To the air I did take flight above this very town

Down below in the darkness a graveyard I pass
Lay the soulless corpses of my feasts of the past.
A sly feeling courses through my cold white skin
My chiselled mouth curls at the side forming a grin

Dressed all in black the very resemblance of Goth
I land by your bedside my sharp teeth held aloft
Without further ado I feast deeply on your neck
And drink down your blood while you innocently sleep

Till near death I have left you, but death was not for you
So bring you across to the dark side, I dutifully do
For now, dear lady you are duchess to this eternal night
Too make feast on the blood filled, in lust and delight.

So place your lips to my wrist and take your first feed
Let thy bloodlust & hunger fill you with hatred and greed
Let me share a warning with you before your new life
Vampires must avoid sunlight & fires too remain alive.

My friend you are now a murderous beast
Fly fast through this dark night with finesse and ease
Go out there and drink all the blood that you can
As you slay silently but savagely in the shadows of man

LOVE PREVAILS DEATH

At the end of my bed, she stands,
Darker then the shadows
Moonlight pulling her innocent face
From the darkness behind
What secrets hide behind her face?
Carved perfection like a mask
For all eternity in a minute passing
Our eyes locked in a stare
Deep within my chest
My heart beats in rhythm
Like a thousand drums
While all the while
Her eyes stare cold
Sparkling like set diamonds
She has me totally under her control
A hunger for lust burns within
Meanwhile her white silken gown
Flutters in the cool night breeze
From whence my entranced eyes
Break from hers; to admire her body
Her breasts, partially visible
Behind the translucent silk of her gown
Her smooth, soft skin the look of satin
White as fresh fallen snow
My mind, a torrent, a sea of emotions
Shallow fear yet I'm strangely calm
She walks toward me
Her beauty becoming
More apparent upon each step
But who is this mysterious stranger
Who graces my presence thus?
Her hand runs down my face
I try to speak but her finger
Silences my words
"Hush, speak only with your heart"
The words fall from her mouth
In whispered tones
Her touch feels cold as stone
As her arms wind round
My body like entwining ivy
Her fingers run sensuously
Through my long hair
She stares into my eyes again
Looking deep within
To my mind and soul
Her lips pout and glisten
In the moonlight
Oh how I want to kiss them
Passionately as my hands explore
Her body of sheer perfection
She stands up before me
Her gown drops to the floor
To fall at her feet
Her crimson lips form a smile
My pulse racing ever faster
My blood rushes round my veins
Like ten thousand wild horses
Our bodies embrace like entwined ivy
In each other's loving arms
The pure naked innocence
If this incredible passion could last forever
I would never look back beyond this night
Her moist luscious lips press
Firmly against mine
As I run my hands up
And down her back
Her tongue runs over my cheek
And down my neck
When I feel a sudden
Bolt of piercing pain
My body fills with a gradual weakening
My strength waning as she sucks from my neck
I fall back toward my bed
Barely able to move
I look to her and see blood
Drip from her mouth
Her eyes glow with an iridescent
Electric blue like the full moon
In the black satin night sky
She licks the blood lusciously
From her crimson lips
Her teeth long as canines
From a wolves mouth
Rapidly it becomes apparent
That this angelic vision
That stood before me
In the darkness of my room
Is nothing more
Than an animal of the night
A predatory vampire with
An insatiable hunger for blood
Fear courses through my body
For my very own mortality
Death seems only
A matter of heartbeats away
This creature before me
Still so beautiful in her human form
Yet now adorned with a demon face
She looks at me with a calming smile
Let fall these words I speak to you
Listen and you will learn
"You are now a vampire like myself
A demon creature of this eternal night
You shall live forever"
Her first intention was to kill me
And leave my blood-drained corpse behind
But her love for me prevailed.

THE VAMPIRE

A FOOL there was and he made his prayer
A Fool as you and I !)
To a rag and a bone and a hank of hair
(We called her the woman who did not care)
But the fool he called her his lady fair
(Even as you and I !)
A fool there was and his goods he spent
(Even as you and I !)
Honour and faith and a sure intent
(And it wasn't the least what the lady meant)
But a fool must follow his natural bent
(Even as you and I !)

Oh, the years we waste and the tears we waste
And the work of our head and hand
Belong to the woman who did not know
(And now we know that she never could know)
And did not understand !

Oh, the toil we lost and the spoil we lost
And the excellent things we planned
Belong to the woman who didn't know why
(And now we know that she never knew why)
And did not understand !

The fool was stripped to his foolish hide
(Even as you and I !)
Which she might have seen when she threw him aside
(But it isn't on record the lady tried)
So some of him lived but the most of him died
(Even as you and I !)

And it isn't the shame and it isn't the blame
That stings like a white hot brand.
It's coming to know that she never knew why,
(Seeing, at last, she could never know why)
And never could understand!

DARKNESS

As you walk the streets at night,
I am always there just out of sight.
you sometimes feel me near,
footsteps in your mind you hear.
I see you stop and stare,
wondering just who is there.
Deep in the shows of the night you search,
but mortal eyes cant see my pearch.
A BANG! in the dark,
you feel fear in your heart.
you flee to the places of sin,
Where footsteps are losed in the din.
Encased in the croud,
you feel safe and proud.
Till you notice them all lear,
encouraged by the smell of your fear.
Thay drag you into the night by your hair,
your cloths thay rip and tear.
Strangers ignore your cries of distress,
you are surrounded by enamies in the darkness.
But the darkness is my home,
throught it i may freely roam.
Thay scream and try to fight,
but thay are no match to a child of the night.
soothing words i whisper in your ear,
till the light of day makes me disapear.
i whisper with my last kiss and caress
That you are safe always in DARKNESS..

THE DARK LOVER

From the dark of the night I hear,
Your call as you draw near.
I open the window and await,
The arrival of my dark mate.

Yours is the beauty of the night,
I'm just a moth trapped by your light.
I want you as my dark wife,
and for that I gladly sacrifice my life.

Into my neck your fangs you sink,
And of my blood you deeply drink,
As you take what you need to live,
Your own blood to me you freely give.

When the last human in me does expire,
and into darkness I am born Vampire.
Children of the night we'll be,
You, My love and me.

With hunger for the blood we need,
Together we will hunt and feed.
For our own selfish sake,
The life's of innocents we must take.

And when in Tomb from daylight we do hide,
I will lie contented at your side.
and with a shroud used as a cover,
I'll lay down with my DARK LOVER.

THE UNQUIET GRAVE

The Wind doth blow today,
my love,And a few small drops of rain;
I never had but one true-love,
In cold grave she was lain.

I'll do as much for my true-love,
As any young man may;
I'll sit and mourn all at her grave
For a twelvemonth and a day.

The twelvemonth and a day being up,
The dead began to speak:
'Oh who sits weeping on my grave,
And will not let me sleep?

'Tis I, my love, sits on your grave,
And will not let you sleep;
For I crave one kiss of your clay-cold lips,
And that is all I seek.

You crave one kiss of my clay-cold lips;
But my breath smells earthly strong;
If you have one kiss of my clay-cold lips,
Your time will not be long.

"Tis down in younder garden green,
Love, where we used to walk,
The finest flower that ere was seen
Is withered to a stalk.

The stalk is withered dry, my love,
So will our hearts.

THE GIAOUR

But first on earth, as Vampyre sent,
Thy corpse shall from its tomb be rent;
Then ghastly haunt thy native place,
And suck the blood of all thy race;
There from thy daughter, sister, wife,
At midnight drain the stream of life;
Yet loathe the banquet, which perforce
Must feed thy livid living corpse,
Thy victims, ere they yet expire,
Shall know the demon for their sire;
As cursing thee, thou cursing them,
Thy flowers are witherd on the stem.
But one that for thy crime must fall,
The youngest, best beloved of all,
Shall bless thee with a farther's name -
That word shall wrap thy heart in flame!
Yet thou must end thy task and mark
Her cheek's last tinge - her eye's last spark.
And the last glassy glance must view
Which freezes o'er its lifeless blue;
Then with unhallowed hand shall tear
The tresses of her yellow hair,
Of which, in life a lock when shorn
Affection's fondest pledge was worn-
But now is born away by thee
Memorial to thine agony!
Yet with thine own best blood shall drip
Thy gnashing tooth, and haggard lip;
Then stalking to thy sullen grave
Go - and with Ghouls and Afrits rave,
Till theses in horror shrink away
From spectre more accursed than they..

So make yourself content, my love,
Till God calls you away they......

decay....
