/120 ml water
1. Heat
oil over high heat. When smoking hot,
fry crabs for 2 minutes. Remove and keep aside.
2. Lower
heat to medium. Add ground mixture
and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add
crabs and sauce ingredients. Stir fry over low heat
for 10 minutes. Add more water if necessary.

Remove from heat and discard leaf. Servo hot.
