Internet in Egypt
Egypt has a fully developed Internet access system. It can be divided into three sectors: educational, governmental and private users. Egypt is one of a few African countries that has Internet access available throughout the country rather than just concentrated in the capital city. By mid 1998, Egypt had over 100,000 Internet users. Egypt has multiple ISPs at a variety of rates. These are too numerous to list but I've provided a list of links below. It is one of a very few African countries that has realized its potential on the Internet.
