NOTE 1 Loosen 2 or 3 turns (DO NOT loosen all the bolts at once, from here on 
do this step and the next ONE BOLT AT A TIME.
NOTE 2 Tighten an additional 90°
NOTE 3 Tighten an additional 180°
NOTE 4 Tighten an additional 115-125°
NOTE 5 Loosen 2 turns

Timing chain tensioner

and insert pin punch into hole to hold in place-V6

Don't forget to put these back in!After installing lifters, 
don't forget to install the
lifter guide plates, 
or serious damage 
could result.
