Penny
Heads up, the side you show to all,
with confidence and radiance.
A winner through and through,
Our life's white picket fence.
Tails hide the flaws in all,
A fill of self inflicted pain.
Defects & fears we bring about,
That only bring us shame.
To put the coin upon the tracks,
Awaiting of a train.
To bond that copper into one,
Now both sides are the same!
