characteristics of the community.

Mechanics:
The home reading activity is to be done my pairs. The
students are expected to:

Produce a travel ad/brochure of the community in the
giver. The size of the brochure should be the same as the size of a long
bond paper but folded equally into 3. The students are, however, not
limited to using only bond paper. In fact, they are encouraged to use any
kind of material that will help enhance their creativity. The students are
also required to make an illustration of the community based on its
characteristics in the book. the brochure should be very attractive since
it will serve to invite its readers to join or visit the community.

Create a name for the community in the book. The name of
the community should be related to its characteristics as mentioned in the
book.

Describe the distinct features or characteristics of the
community: practices, members, traditions and others. These should be
placed in the brochure since these will serve as the brochure's content.
