Final Portfolio Mechanics |

Objectives: The students should be able to exhibit
learning and understanding of H2 English by:
-
Collecting all their best works (either 3 from English and
1 from another subject or everything from English) and reading logs from
the first to the fourth quarter;

Answering the evaluation questions;

Presenting their works in any creative way possible.
Mechanics:
-
Each student should collect all his selected best works,
portfolio evaluation sheets and reading logs from the first to the fourth
quarter.

All these documents should then be compiled and presented
in any creative way possible.

The portfolio must contain the following: Title (with a
brief explanation as to why you chose it), Table of Contents,
Background/Profile of the Learner (You may include pictures), Best Works,
Portfolio Evaluation Sheets, Reading Logs, Overall Personal Evaluation,
Personal Letter to your teacher (anything you want to say), and a one
fourth sheet of paper with your name and criteria for grading.

The students are also encouraged to include works other
than their best works as an addition to their portfolio.

Which activities, lessons, techniques and others helped
you grow as a learner and as a person?

What difficulties did you encounter and how did you
overcome these?
Copy the given criteria and grade yourself. Make sure
that you justify each criterion by briefly explaining why you gave yourself
that grade in that particular criterion. |
