All Troy Township Volunteer Fire Department Paramedics are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS). Using a 3 lead EKG, Paramedics can determine lethal heart rhythms and potential problems. If necessary, Paramedics can begin an IV and give medications prior to arrival at the receiving medical facility.
