Moodswing is a 3 piece instrumental band from Rochester, New York, with a powerful new mixture of rock, blues, funk, jazz and fusion sounds that are truly melodic to the ears. We are called Moodswing because almost every song is different in a way that it appeals to all styles and flavors. We are not just a heavy metal band. Our music flows to capture the listener, and it truely does.

If you like to listen to bands with virtuoso guitar players like Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Eddie Van Halen, Eric Johnson, Al DiMeola, Tony MacAlpine, Jeff Beck and Yngwie Malmsteen, then this is truly the CD for you. We are heavily influenced by these musicians and many others. There is a lot of fancy work and well orchestrated guitar solos on our CD.
