Mar 1962- Jul 1962, USS ARD 29 SRF Aganua, Guam Aug 1962- Oct 1963. Class "C" Guided Missile School Dam Neck, Virginia Beach VA. Oct. 1963 April 1964 (Converted Rate from IC2 to MT2) Instructor MT "A" School May 1964- Sept 1965. USS Winston AKA 94 Oct 1965- April 1967. (Converted from MT1 to EM1) Earned the following medals and ribbons: Good Conduct (with second award) Viet Nam Service Ribbon. While aboard USS Winston we were in and out of Viet Nam for seven months or so in 1966.
