The Tick Vs. The Idea Men (101)
The Tick becomes the protector of The City just in time to stop the
Idea Men from blowing up the city and getting away with a million municipal
dollars. First appearances of - The Tick, Arthur, Die Fledermaus,
American Maid, Big Shot, The Human Bullet, The Caped Chameleon (later called
the Crusading Chameleon in The Tick vs. Mr. Mental). Plus a host of never
again seen heroes including Captain Lemming, Bi-Polar Bear, and Clark -
who just can't find a place to change into his super alter ego. We also
meet Mayor Blank and Sally Vacuum.
"Hug your destiny, Arthur!"

The Tick Vs. Chairface Chippendale (102)
Chairface Chippendale is going to carve his name on the moon to celebrate
his birthday. Not if the Tick, Arthur, and American Maid can stop
him. Also guest starring Sewer Urchin. First appearances of
- Chairface Chippendale, Professor Cromedome, Dean the Henchman and many
other never again seen villains.
The Tick Vs. Dinosaur Neil (103)
Famed dinosaur expert Dinosaur Neil accidentally eats part of his dinosaur
cloning experiment and becomes large. After Die Fledermaus states
that the cities super hero community will "Sit this one out, and wait for
the national guard." The Tick naturally can not help but come to
the rescue. Arthur realizes that Neil just needs a big aspirin, which
the Tick deliveries to Neil after heroically wrestling his tongue.
Neil becomes small again, and we get a glimpse of a blossoming relationship
between Dinosaur Neil and Arthur's sister Dot. First appearances of Dinosaur
Neil and Dot.
The Tick Vs. Mr. Mental (104)
Mr. Mental, performing at the Evil Eye, hypnotizes The Tick into
stealing a device known as the Thinking Cap for him. Under Mr. Mental's
control the Tick briefly battles Arthur, Sewer Urchin, Crusading Chameleon,
and Die Fledermaus. After becoming freed of the mind control the
Tick, and friends battle Mr. Mental who is cleaning their clocks until
Arthur opens the choke on the device and floods Mental's mind. First
appearances of Mr. Mental and Minda.
The Tick Vs. The Breadmaster (105)
Evil Baker the Breadmaster is using his devastating array of baked
goods to hold The City for ransom. We once again see Mayor Blank
ready to give in to any terrorist demands. In the end the Tick uses the
Human Bullets canon to make a "BooM" loud enough to wreck Breadmaster rising
soufflés. First appearances of Breadmaster and Buttery Pat.
The Tick Vs. El Seed (106)
El Seed brings The Cities plants to life to destroy mankind and make
the world a utopia for plants. The formula he uses has a different
effect on the Tick who sprouts vegetables from various bodily orifices
areas. The Tick and Arthur use a chemical of El Seeds and a bi-plane
to reverse the effects. First appearances of El Seed, The Bee Twins,
The Civic Minded Five.
The Tick Vs. The Tick (107)
The Tick, Arthur, Die Fledermaus and Sewer Urchin go out for a night
on the town at the Comet Club (A club exclusively for super heroes). The
owner's son Barry also calls himself the Tick and wants the name all to
himself. Arthur is not allowed in the club but is sent to the Sidekick's
Lounge. When Arthur uses the rest room he meets a suspicious character
known as The Evil Midnight Bomber - What Bombs at Midnight. The Tick
beats both Barry and the Bomber and inadvertently blows up the sidekick
lounge. First appearances of Barry (Tick) and the Evil Midnight Bomber
plus a host of lesser heroes.
TV Reporter: "Can you blow up the Earth with your mind?"
The Tick: "Egad, I hope not, that's where I keep all my stuff!"
The Tick Vs. The Uncommon Cold (108)
The Tick while sick with a most uncommon cold does battle with his
next door neighbor a power mad alien named Thrakorzog, who is intent on
enslaving Earth. Thrakorzog creates a mucus Tick clone that Tick defeat's
in a most disgusting manner. The Tick, with Arthur's help, of course, manages
to send Thrakorzog back to his home dimension.
The Tick Vs. Brainchild (109)
The Tick must battle a battle suited nanny and a cyborg dog in order
to prevent the crazed prodigy, Brainchild from smashing the moon into the
earth.
The Tick Vs. Pineapple Pocopo (110)
The Tick, American Maid, and Arthur go undercover to Pocapanisia to
rescue Yank, a super genius monkey who is destined to take over the space
program. The Ruler of Pocapanisia, Pineapple Pocopo, has other ideas.
He want's Yank to create a super weapons for him. They eventually
rescue Yank from his evil clutches, but Yank's intelligence was only temporary.
Nevertheless, Yank is appointed the new director of the space program.
The Tick Vs. The Mole Men (111)
Tick meets the Mole Men while doing laundry. The Mole men are not invaders,
but rather visitors, vacationing to the surface world. While watching
TV in Arthur's apartment the Mole King sees Mindy Moleford in a commercial
and is instantly in love. While trying to woo Miss Moleford the Mole King
is attacked by his ancient enemies the Lava Men, who have sent a Lava Man
assassin after the king. With the Tick, and Mindy Moleford's help,
the Mole Men defeat the Lava Man. Mindy then reveals that she is half Mole
Person, and agrees to be The Mole Queen.
"I'm doing the laundry!"

The Tick Vs. Proto Clown (112)
The Tick battles a Super Clown who gets mad when people laugh at him.
Proto Clown, knocks The Tick into orbit where he goes on a spiritual journey
with his mind. His creator, Bud, must come to grips with his scientific
experiment gone awry created with the science of Clowning. In the end,
Tick makes it out of his existential journey just in time to land on Proto
Clown with the speed of re-entry. American Maid, Die Fledermaus,
Sewer Urchin, and the Civic Minded Five guest star.
The Tick Vs. Arthur's Bank Account (113)
The Tick buys a slew of new crime busting gear, but also spends all
of Arthur's money. This causes a fight between the two heroes, which results
in the Tick becoming depressed and apathetic towards crime. Joseph Stalin,
The Terror, Man Eating Cow, The Human Ton, and Handy try to take over The
City. Once the villains grab the mayor, and subdue both American
Maid and Arthur the Tick bounds back into action, yelling his new battle
cry, he, American Maid and Arthur make short work of the villains. Even
Arthur gets physical, brutally wrestling Handy ( a sock puppet ) to the
ground and stomping him into submission.
"SPOON!"

The Little Wooden Boy and the Belly of Love (201)
Arthur falls in love with, Carmalita Vatoss the daughter of the inventor
of his moth suit, and must help guard both her and the moth suit from the
clutches of evil swiss industrialists. Meanwhile, the Tick feeling
betrayed creates a new sidekick out of wood, The Little Wooden Boy.
They fight off the swiss, just in time to all be accidentally swallowed
by Blow Hole, and giant whale running across the country. Inside
Blow Hole they find Carmalita's father J.J. Vatoss alive and well. To escape
the whale's belly, Tick must sacrifice the little wooden boy.
Alone Together (202)
While on a moon mission to fill in Chairface's CHA written on the moon,
the tick gets blasted into space. He meets up with a planet devoured named
Omnipotus and becomes his servant for a time. Meanwhile Arthur, believing
the Tick dead tries to get on with his life. After short lived attempts
to sidekick for some of the cities other crime fighters the Tick returns.
Followed by a hungry Omnipotus who want's to eat the earth. Tick convinces
him not to, but he does take a bite out of the moon on his way out of our
galaxy.
Arm less But Not Harmless (203)
The Tick and Arthur get their arms stolen by Venus. Seeking to win
an Enemy Award, venus constructs two robots using their arms and uses them
for a crime spree.
Coach Fussel's Lament (204)
The evil prodigy, Brainchild makes a comeback in this episode. He kidnaps
The Tick and turns him into a 2 headed bird with only the ability to speak
high school French, he then plans to auction Tick off to the highest bidder.
The Tick is saved by Arthur, American Maid, Sewer Urchin and Die Fledermaus.
Leonardo Da Vinci and his Fighting' Genius Time
Commandoes (205)
An evil man calling himself the Mother Of Invention brings several
inventors out of their own time, so that he can invent what they invented
in the past. He also pulls an army of warriors out of time, including mongols
and ninja. But, with the help of the inventors themselves, Tick and Arthur
are able to thwart his evil schemes.
Bloomsday (206)
El Seed returns to steal a plant which blooms every 400 years. If music
is not constantly "soothing" the flower, it will bloom into a gigantic
plant of destruction. Guest starring American Maid.
Evil Sits Down For a Moment (207)
The Ottoman, an evil woman with the power to command furniture captures
the love of Die Fledermaus. She is in the end reformed by sitting in the
words most comfortable chair. Guest stars American Maid and of course Die
Fledermaus.
HEROES (208)
An obvious satire on "COPS". An experimental episode with a camera
crew that follows The Tick on patrol. The Tick has a run in with The Deadly
Bulb (formerly Pig Leg), who attempts to fry Arthur and uses the Tick as
a filament in a huge light bulb.
"Hah! Roof pig! Most unexpected!"

Ants In Pants! (209)
The Tick's fear of ants causes problems for The City, when ants in
women's trench coats try to take over The City. After psychotherapy fails
to cure the Ticks fears he must face them and save the city from the evil
ants.
The Tick Loves Santa (210)
A small time crook is transformed into a multiplying super villain
when he is exposed to high voltage electricity. The Tick feels badly about
fighting him because he is "Santa". When the real Santa shows up
and tells him he must save christmas the Tick goes after Multiple Santa
with new resolve. Unfortunately he still can't bring himself to attack,
and so gives Multiple Santa a noogie, which fortunately reveals Multiple
Santa's weakness. The multiples short out and disappear from static electricity.
The Tick vs. Reno, Nevada (211)
The Tick and Arthur go to Reno to help two entertainers recover their
lost dolphin: Mr. Smarty Pants. But little did anyone realize it's the
Dolphin, now calling himself The Fin, behind the plot, and he has invented
a fish magnet to drown the world in fish. Luckily, after dealing with his
own new addiction to gambling, the Tick is not only able to defeat
the Fin, but outlast him underwater also.
The Tick vs. The Big Nothing (212)
The Tick and Arthur are abducted by a very fragile alien race the Whats.
They are trying to defeat their another alien race called the Heys ( who
happen to look just like Arthur ) who have a weapon called: The Big
Nothing which will destroy the universe. The Tick easily defeats
the Heys ultimate weapon, the infinity ball, and then fights against the
force of a black hole to save the universe.
Grandpa wore Tights (213)
The Tick decides to spend time with retired super heroes who reveal
an old story which comes in to play again involving the Terror and a device
that can create anything the user desires. The Terror breaks Handy
and the Human Ton out of prison and steal the device. With the aid
of the old timers, the Tick is able to foil the evil plot, but not before
losing his antenae for a few hilarious moments.
That Mustache Feeling (301)
The Tick suddenly finds himself with a mustache ... however, it turns
out to be alive. Project SHAVE, an elite government organization is hunting
the mustache. SHAVE catches up with Tick at Neil and Dot's engagement party.
The mustache jumps to Sewer Urchins face and escapes. SHAVE, with
the Tick and Arthur catch up to the mustache on the city bridge. Where
, the now crazed leader of Shave, Jim Rage decides to change to conventional
weaponry which would destroys the mustache and Sewer Urchin both.
Luckily the Russian Beard shows up just in time to save the day. Mustache
and beard join in love, and Tick learns a lesson about cool. Guest stars
just about everyone.
"Rugged, self-assured, adult...these are the words that describe
the man who wears a mustache."

The Tick vs. Dot and Neil's Wedding (302)
Dinosaur Neil from the episode "The Tick Vs. Dinosaur Neil" and Arthur's
sister Dot get married. The problem is that Neil starts becoming a dinosaur
again do to the interference of Chairface Chippendale, El Seed and the
Breadmaster. The Tick, Arthur and Dot have to enter Neil's body in a submarine,
and remove both an errant DNA strand, and the villain known as The Indigestible
man to save Neil. The wedding then proceeds as normal. Guest starring
just about everyone, Big Shot, Die Fledermaus, Sewer Urchin, many others.
Sidekicks Don't Kiss (303)
The Aztecs, (Carmalita's little league baseball team), try to kidnap
her but get Arthur instead. The Tick and Carmalita go to old Aztec pyramids
to find Arthur and the Tick encounters and adopts a jungle rodent (he believes
it is a dog) whom the Tick names "Speak." because he has a vision
of Speak speaking to him. The Tick eventually saves the day, and the teams
coach makes the team congratulate Tick on a good game.
"That's a whole lotta' Aztecs!"

The Tick vs. Arthur (304)
The Tick and Arthur have a brief encounter with a super villain in
possession of a body enhancing belt. The evil doer is dealt with but Arthur
retains the belt, and once he starts using it he loses control. This causes
a rivalry between the two friends, resulting in the Tick having to cry
SPOON against his best friend. In the end, they Tick gets the belt
back from Arthur, and all is set right in the City. Guest stars the Civic
Minded Five and Carmalita.
"Arthur, that belt is an accessory of evil and evil is never in fashion!"

Devil in Diapers (305)
Mr. Mental escapes from captivity at Pendecker Laboratories with another
fantastic mental device. On the run he creates the illusion that
he is a baby is taken in by the Tick and Arthur. Pendecker, using a hologram
generator also becomes a baby and confronts Mental at the Ticks apartment.
In the fight that ensues, Mental uses the new device, which creates brain
plasma. Arthur is able to cut the cord and save everyone from the brain
plasma.
The Tick vs. Filth (306)
Sewer Urchin really shines in this episode. He shows that he can really
kick some...oh sorry I got carried away. Tick, Arthur, and Urchin go into
the sewer to fight self-concious filth being generated by a really dirty
villain. This episode seems to really be a satire of a cartoon based in
a sewer....
"Yeah, down here I'm considered the apotheosis of cool."

The Tick vs. Europe (307)
The Tick participates in a super hero foreign exchange program. With
Tick away in Europe, Arthur is left with his exchange heroine to fight
the Breadmaster. Tick, in Europe, fights and defeats the european super
villains Octopaganini and Eastern Bloc Robot Cowboy.
The Tick vs. Science (308)
Tick and Arthur agree to participate in J.J. Vatoss' mind transfer
experiment at a local Mad Science convention. The experiment goes awry
when Chairface Chippendale gets involved. Everyone plays a game of musical
minds, and among other things, the Tick learns what it is like to be Arthur.
"What good is science if nobody gets hurt?"

The Tick vs. Prehistory (309)
During cleaning of Arthur's apartment a "Monkey out of nowhere!" appears
with a time traveling device which Tick and Arthur accidentally trigger
sending them into a time of prehistory. A race of time travelers is using
the time period for a vacation resort and the Tick, Arthur, and a band
of apes become waiters for the resort.
The Tick vs. Education (310)
The Tick volunteers to teach a class of beginning super heroes who
discover a conspiracy involving an ice cream company. Uncle Creamy the
companies mascot, goes on a rampage after being turned into a living ice
cream cone. The company hires a new mascot to destroy Uncle Creamy. The
trainees include: Sarcastro, Mr. Exciting, Flying Squirrel, and a man in
an ape suit who hurls exploding dolls.
