The Anime Story
Black Lady was the result of Chibi Usa's loneliness. The child was led to believe, by Wise Man, that she was not loved by anyone and caused this horrific transformation. She bore the Black Moon's symbol on her forehead and helped the Wise Man like no other. She opened the Dark Gate for the Death Phantom to come down upon the earth even knowing that it would kill her. Black Lady held unsurpassable powers and only the reconization of the truth saved her. Tuxedo Kamen and Sailor Moon [in the apparel of her future self] helped the Black Lady see that she was loved. The woman fell into waiting arms where she reverted back into the small girl known as Chibi Usa.

Personality
Black Lady was a confused child in an adult body. Already a lonely child with busy parents she was easily taken advnatage of and made to be the pawn in the Wise Man's plot. She lashed out with her feelinging of loneliness at those who loved her. She had lost all fear of death and cared for no one. Still, that child still existed which played a major role in her freedom from evil.
