Infrastructure Production Facilities | Weaving | Dyeing | Designing | Supervision & Quality Control We have two of our own manufacturng units at Panipat. At these units the complete process of carpet manufacture, right from weaving to packing, is taken care of. In addition to our own facilities we have a group of dedicated vendors who undertake our weaving jobs under the supervision of our own staff. The extension of weaving facilities puts us in a postion to handle very high volume orders. The fact that it is done under the supervision of our own staff, implies no reduction or compromise in quality or speed of output. The rest of the processes are undertaken at our our own unit then on. We have a team of 250 skilled craftsmen at our production unit on a regular basis. There are 100 frames and 60 fixed frames at both our production units. The present production capacity at our own units is approximately 4,000 sq. mts. of carpet per month. This can be increased, if need be at our end. In addition, we also have our dedicated vendors who can further enhance our weaving capacity. We have our own dyeing unit also at Panipat. Keeping this critical process in house enables us to maintain the quality of our output as well as ensure that the right dyes and chemicals are being used in the right proportions to ensure color and shade matching. Keeping the intenational market and standards in mind we use AZO-free dyes in our process. Special care is taken to ensure that the necessary dyeing parameters and mechanisms are maintained to get the exact shade matching and the requiored washing fastness. We have a team of qualified in house designers who excel in producing the latest as well as the timeless traditional patterns. Finding unlimited possibilties in a limited space using unexplored colors is a way of life at the Vipla designing division. At the same time we also undertake the designs that our customers give us. Our team of highly experienced production managers, line supervisors and highly skilled craftsmen ensure not only a superior quality of output but efficient and timely production as per schedules. Routine inspection in the production process at each stage ensures a better quality of output. Right from the raw material selection to the finishing stage a strict vigil on the product and the process has given us satisfied and regular customers.
