    Returns true (0FFFFh) if expression1 is equal to expression2,
    otherwise it returns false (0000h).
 
       Notes:     The expressions must resolve to absolute values.
 
                  This operator treats its operands as 16-bit numbers.
                  Expressions with the 16th bit on are negative. Thus  -1
                  EQ 0FFFFh  is true.
