      Multiple IBM z/series systems running  SAP global manufacturing applications 

                 Many IBM p/series systems  running SAP R3, BW, and APO applications

     Researched performance issues on above platforms

    Developed daily / weekly mainframe performance reporting presentation using RMF, REXX and EXCEL

    Developed weekly midrange performance reporting presentation using NMON & EXCEL 

    Implemented the IBM Sub Capacity Reporting Tool for MSU billing of GSK's mainframe systems
