WAØQFJ Repeater

The WAØQFJ repeaters are operated and maintained by the TWA Amateur Radio Club. The trustee is WAØSLR, Paul A. Shaw of Raytown, Missouri. Both repeaters are operated as "open" repeaters and do not require membership for use.

The 2 meter machine features Auto-Patch, Voice telemetry, and real time Voice messaging. The Auto-patch and speed-dial assignments do require membership and thus payment of annual dues. Otherwise, the repeaters themselves are "open" for use to any licensed amateur radio operator.

The 2 meter repeater does have PL capabilities and is sometimes implemented due to inter-mod problems. This feature is not intended to keep hams "off" the machine, but is used only to keep "inter-mod out". The CTCSS, or PL tone frequency is 146.2. Please note this in your log for future reference and usage.

If you have comments and/or suggestions, they are appreciated and will be given full consideration. Any questions will be answered as soon as is practical. All questions or comments should be directed to the address below.
