thanks (informal, lit means in every way)

please (speaker offering something)

Gomen-nasai
I'm sorry, excuse or pardon me
Sumimasen
I'm sorry (or thank you for your trouble)
Sumimasen desita
I'm sorry for what I did (or thank you for the trouble you took)
Situree-shimasu
excuse me (on leaving)
Situree-shimashita
apology (for something done)
Do itashimashite
don't mention it (response to any apology)
