Ch Walkon Pin Up Girl

Born 26.11.08 to 07.08.15
Heart Tested Grade 0

Named after Walker's favorite Pin Up Girl, "Kylie" missed several shows as a minor puppy to make way for her other kennel mates Walkon Atomic Rooster & Walkon Ain't No Stripes. In her first three outings however at Southern Counties, East of England and Leeds Championship Shows she qualified for Crufts 2010 on each occasions. At her first two shows she won a 2nd and 3rd, but on her third outing won a lovely Minor Puppy Bitch class at Leeds where she settled down to the job in hand and showed her socks off.

Never out the cards, and still having to miss the odd show in favour of her pals she was Best Puppy Bitch at both Belfast (judge Malcolm Gray) and London & Home Counties (judge Liz Cartledge) Championship Shows as well as Special Best Puppy at the Scottish Boxer Club Open Show under Margaret Sandilands.

In November she was Best Puppy In Show at the South Westen Boxer Club Championship Show under South African judge Mrs Maduel-Carkeek. The next week at South Wales Boxer Club Championship Show was her last show as a puppy and for her swansong she once again won Puppy Bitch under breed specialist Jenny Whitaker. She finished her puppy career as one of the Top Puppies 2009.

"Kylie" had an excellent start to 2010 winning Novice Bitch at her first two shows, the Anglian Boxer Club Championship Show, under Carol Moncur-Drysdale and the Midland Boxer Club Championship Show, under Steve Gething. At her third Championship Show, the Scottish Boxer Club, she won Maiden Bitch and was shorlisted by breed specialist Betty MacDonald for the CC!

Her next Championship Show was Crufts 2010, where she won her fourth class in a row, a lovely Junior Bitch class, in very strong company under all rounder and breed specialist Kari Wilberg, and followed it up with another 2 wins at Essex & Eastern and Mancunian Boxer Club Championship Shows in Novice & Junior Bitch repectively, the judges being Jeff Luscott and Christine Ellingworth.

A further two wins in Yealing Bitch at Southern Counties and Winsdor, where she was shortlisted for the CC, followed backed up by a 3rd Yearling Bitch win at City Of Birmingham.
Missing the next few Shows she came out again at The Manucunian Boxer Club Open Show where again she won Yearling Bitch and Reserve Best Bitch In Show.

Seemingly on a bit of a run her next two shows, South Western and South Wales Boxer Club Championship Shows saw her once again win the Yearling Bitch classes and her 1st & 2nd CC's under Swedens Karl-Eric Johansson and Brenda Groves.
"Kylie" ended the year with a win in Post Graduate Bitch at L.K.A. and as a qualifier for the Cotswold Boxer Club Dog Of The Year as one of the UK's Top bitches for 2010.

Thrust into limit at the start of 2011 "Kylie" did not let us down. One of the most consistent bitches of the year, she was placed on every occasion, notching up 8 Limit wins and 12 seconds in Limit and Mid Limit classes. She won the first of three RCC's at Birmingham National under Debbie Huggins followed by a second at Belfast under Julie Cook and a third at The Trent Boxer Club under Malcolm Gray moving her up to the Open Bitch class along with her kennel mate Ch Roamaro First Issue By Walkon. She currently has 3CC's & 5RCC's.
A very mischeivous young lady she has a pretty head and beautiful contruction and we think she is an exciting addition to our show team.
