The Sailor Scout Chronicles
Basic Story
The Sailor Scouts are female warriors who fight for love and justice. Serena was the first to be revived. During the various Negaverse attacks all of the scouts were revived by Luna, with the exception of Sailor Venus. She was revived by Artemis. The five Sailor Scouts(Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, and Sailor Venus) continued their fight until the Negaverse was destroyed. At this point all of their memories were erased. After Alan and Ann arrived, Sailor Moon's memories were brought back by Luna. At first she wanted to let the other Scouts remain normal teenagers, but when it became apparent that Serena needed their help, Luna returned their memories as well. That left only Darien, who didn't recover his memories until the Doom Tree was healed. During the battle with the Negamoon it was revealed that Sailor Moon would one day become Neo-Queen Serenity, the ruler of Crystal Tokyo, and that the others would remain Sailor Scouts, sworn to defend her.
The Scouts
Serena
Serena started out
as a klutzy, ditzy crybaby. She was always late, and did poorly in
school. However, she was always cheerful, and would go out of her
way to make friends with someone. When she first became Sailor Moon
she did not take her responsibilities seriously. As time went on,
she learned to better handle her powers and her position. When she
discovered that she was also the Moon Princess it was almost too much for
her to handle, but she adjusted. Eventually, far in the future, she
formed Crystal Tokyo and ruled beside King Endymion(Darien). She
also has a daughter named Rini.
Amy
Amy is an intelligent, quiet, reserved girl.
When she first came to Serena's school people stayed away because of her
brains. She always received the highest marks in class. When
she met Serena, who befriended her, Luna sensed something unusual about
her. Later, during a Negaverse attack on her class, it was discovered
that she was Sailor Mercury. She takes her duties as a Sailor Scout
very seriously, and constantly tries to help Serena improve her grades
and her fighting skills.
Raye
Raye is a spiritual girl. She
lives with her grandfather at the Cherry Hill Temple and studies to be
a priestess. She has certain powers that come from this legacy, such
as her ability to gain answers from the sacred flame. She has a quick
temper and often takes it out on Serena, although she loves her as a sister.
When the Negaverse focused on the temple as a means of stealing energy,
it was revealed that Raye was Sailor Mars.
Lita
Lita transfered to the school because of
her problem with fighting. Most people stayed away because of her
reputation as a "karate-maniac", but Serena was not afraid. She talked
to Lita and discovered that not only was she a good cook, but she was a
caring person and a great friend. After taking Lita to the arcade,
she introduced her to all her friends. Her power as Sailor Jupiter
was revealed during an attack on a crystal carrier. Lita's only problem
concerns boys. . . every one reminds her of her old boyfriend. Lita
is very loyal to her friends, especialy Serena. She defended Serena's
position as leader when Mars and Mercury attempted to have her removed.
Mina
Mina began her career as the T.V. character
"Sailor V". Not much is known about this period of her life.
(Note: This comes from the N/A dub. If anyone can relate the
full story of Sailor V, or Mina's early life, mail is appreciated.)
She was revealed to us as Sailor Venus. She was the only scout to
receive her powers from Artemis, rather than Luna. She is very friendly,
but a bit disaster prone. Nevertheless, she is always ready to help,
and is endlessly cheerful.
The Cats
Luna and Artemis are the guardians of the
scouts. During the Silver Millenium they were advisors to Queen Serenity.
After the destruction of the Moon Kingdom they were sent to earth to prepare
the scouts if the Negaverse ever broke out again. They were also
given the task of finding the Moon Princess and ensuring her safety.
Luna is Serena's personal guardian, and Artemis is Mina's. They also
advise the scouts as a whole with regard to training and potentail courses
of action. In the future they have a daughter named Diana.
Diana is Rini's personal guardian.
