INTERNATIONAL A.N.S.W.E.R. COALITION UPDATE ON APRIL
20 PLANS

We are happy to report that the principal anti-war
coalitions planning demonstrations and rallies on
Saturday, April 20 in Washington DC have agreed to a
concluding unity rally that will be organized and
co-chaired by those coalitions following a convergence
of marches on Pennsylvania Avenue east of the White
House.  In the coming days, the coalitions will form a
joint committee to organize and plan the unity rally.

The A.N.S.W.E.R. coalition considers this united front
effort to be an essential component of building a
movement that can stop George Bush's "declaration of
war" that is targeting the people of Iraq, Colombia,
Palestine, Vieques, the Philippines, Yemen, Somalia,
Korea, Iran and elsewhere; the domestic component of
this war drive is an attack on civil rights and civil
liberties at home.

Further details of the marches and unity rally will be
forthcoming in the days and weeks ahead.

Mobilize for the April 19-22 weekend!
