2001-2003

The Green Valley Housing Area is located at the backside of Albrook. It and the other following areas were constructed in an  undeveloped area.

PH VILLE di FIRENZE HOUSING AREA

2005-2006

The new PH Ville Di Firenze residential area is a gated community located at the backside of Albrook next to the Atenea Institute/Helenica-Panamanian Education Center (shown below) and across the street from the recently constructed Green Valley residential area (shown above).

The Atenea Institute/Helenica-Panamanian Education Center is located at the backside of Albrook next to the PH Ville Di Firenze residential area (shown above) and across the street from the also recently constructed Green Valley residential area (also shown above).

ALBROOK GARDENS RESIDENTIAL AREA

2001-2003

 

The Albrook Gardens housing area is a gated community located on what was previously the Albrook Stables and Riding Club on the left side immediately after entering through the Clayton back gate near the Albrook back gate and the Curundu gas station. More recently some small shopettes were added to this area.

  PANAMA TECH PARK - Albrook  Export  Processing  Zone, S.A.

 

Panama Tech Park, located on 12 acres (five hectares) of land, is an Export Processing Zone intended for service-oriented companies and industrial establishments.  Companies established there include Specialty Metal & Services Co.; Intertek Testing Services Panama, Inc.; Super Joyas S.A.; Panama Teledata, and A&P Manufacturing Plant.
