***Hotel Update***

The room block for The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court is now closed. However, rooms may still be available at the $119 rate but you must call the names listed below to book a room per availability. These are the only people who can book a room at the block rate:

Alhamdulillah! WCMAS has made arrangements with  Royal Sonesta Harbor Court to provide additional rooms for all attendees still in need of rooms or who wish to change hotels to be closer to the Hyatt. This will include:
 
  • Single/Double Occupancy Rooms at the rate of $119 a night (Suites are not included for this price)
  • Courtyard, City and Harbor View rooms are available upon request at no extra charge (based on availability)
  • Overnight discounted self parking with in and out privileges at $15 per day (Valet Parking is Extra)
  • And complimentary internet services in each room
Deadline: Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 5:00pm will be the cut off date to make
your reservation and receive all the benefits above.

 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 
  • A one-night room charge will be applied to your credit card during the reservation process.
  • Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of one-night room charge plus taxes.

All Praise is due to Allah. Remember, if you are traveling from outside of the MD area, please time your arrival at or after the check-in time for the hotels. Also, call before arriving to verify whether your room is ready. This may cut down on the congestion in the lobby and help you have a pleasant experience, insha'Allaah.
