Ingredients
- 4 small bagels, any flavor, 2 oz, plain (2 oz each)
- 1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
- 1 medium scallion, minced
- 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
- 3 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
Directions
- Slice each bagel into 4 thin rounds and toast them.
- Stir together ricotta, sour cream and scallion. Season to taste.
- Divide ricotta mixture onto bagel slices and top each with 1/4 of the
salmon
