Salmon Ricotta Bagel Toasts

Ingredients

  • 4 small bagels, any flavor, 2 oz, plain (2 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
  • 1 medium scallion, minced
  • 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
  • 3 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Slice each bagel into 4 thin rounds and toast them.
  2. Stir together ricotta, sour cream and scallion. Season to taste.
  3. Divide ricotta mixture onto bagel slices and top each with 1/4 of the salmon
