Mr. Gotti is serving a life sentence in Some Dumb A$$ Jail,  without the possibility of parole at one of most inhumane prisons in the United States, the lockdown Marion Control Unit  Federal Penitentiary.

He has been in his 6 by 8 foot cell there 23 hours a day, every day, for over 6 years.
His is one of the longest stays in Marion's history.

  Mr. Gotti has recently had surgery for throat cancer and has been temporarily transferred to the Springfield medical facility. <NO PUN INTENDED>
