An uncharacteristically silly New York Times article based on Sunstein's
book can be found at:

Thus it is demonstrated: If people agree with Sunstein, it validates
his thesis, and if they reject it, why, then, that validates it too.

My guess is that Sunstein or his publicist planted this article.
