Tennessee manages just 191 yards against Baltimore's brutal defense. However, Tony Banks and Trent Dilfer combine to throw 4 INTs, while the Ravens lay the ball on the ground 7 times despite losing none, and becoming sack victims 5 times.

Baltimore takes the lead on a pair of Matt Stover FGs in the 1st half. But Steve McNair gives Tennessee the lead with a 9-yard TD pass to Rodney Thomas w/ :44 left before halftime. Randall Godfrey adds to the lead with a 26-yard return of a Banks' INT in the 3rd quarter.
