Fittingly, Penn State wins after Florida State misses a FG in a game where both teams struggle with the kicking game and the offenses stall frequently.

Kevin Kelly nails a 29-yard FG in the 3rd OT after missing in the 1st OT, and in the closing moments of regulation. FSU's Gary Cismesia misses a PAT in regulation, then FG attempts in the 1st and 3rd OTs.

Save for one span late in the first half, defenses dominate the game. Trailing 7-0, the Noles strike with an 87-yard punt return by Willie Reid, and a 57-yard TD pass from Drew Weatherford to Lorenzo Booker to grab a 13-7 lead.

However, Penn State uses its timeouts wisely and retakes the lead on a 24-yard TD pass from Michael Robinson to Ethan Kilmer w/ :06 left in the 1st half.

Penn State extends the lead on a safety in the second half before FSU ties it on Cismesia's 48-yard FG in the 4th quarter.

Robinson finishes 21-of-39 for 253 yards and 1 TD. Austin Scott runs for 110 yards and 2 TDs. Weatherford is 24-of-43 for 258 yards.
