Boston College tumbles out of the ACC Championship game battle after its offense fails to take advantage of 4 turnovers, including 3 picks by DeJuan Tribble. Tribble returns 1 for a TD and 14-3 lead in the 2nd quarter.

However, BC's offense generates just Andre Callender's 5-yard TD run in the 1st quarter, and just 193 total yards. Miami cuts the Eagles' lead to 14-10 when Kirby Freeman hits Lance Leggett with a 7-yard TD w/ just :10 left in the 1st half. Javarris James caps a 73-yard drive with a 2-yard TD run in the 3rd quarter, putting the Canes ahead and in position to win with its defense.
