Jake Delhomme rallies the Panthers to a 24-23 win over the Jaguars.

Delhomme replaces starter Rodney Peete with Carolina trailing 17-0 in the 3rd quarter, and tosses 3 TD passes, the final one, a 12-yarder to Ricky Proehl giving Carolina its first lead in the final minute. However, the Panthers can't escape Jacksonville until Mike Minter blocks Seth Marlar's 55-yard FG attempt on the final play.

Delhomme goes 12-of-20 for 122 yards, while Stephen Davis rushes for 111 yards.
