Fred Taylor's 1-yard TD run w/ :09 in the game capping a 13-play drive that drained the clock and erased a 12-7 deficit. Taylor finishes with 81 yards rushing in a game dominated by defenses as the 2 teams combine for just 502 yards.

Jacksonville leads 7-6 on a 7-yard TD pass from Byron Leftwich to George Wrighster in the 3rd quarter. But Chris Brown's 29-yard TD puts Tennessee back in the lead w/ 9:23 left in the game. However, Steve McNair, who is sacked 3 times, is knocked out of the game by the Jaguars' defense.
