Denver grabs a 24-13 lead early in the 4th quarter after a 3-yard TD run by Reuben Droughns and a 32-yard fumble return for a score by Ellis Johnson. However, Oakland cuts it to 24-19 on Kerry Collins' 6-yard TD pass to Ronald Curry.

Collins connects with Jerry Porter for a 5-yard TD and the winning score w/ 1:49 remaining. Langston Walker then blocks Jason Elam's 42-yard FG attempt w/ :28 left.

Collins goes 26-of-45 for 339 yards and 4 TDs. Porter catches 6 for 135 yards and 3 TDs. Curry adds 6 catches for 110 yards and 1 TD.
