Indianapolis rolls up 408 yards on offense, but needs a 55-yard drive capped by Mike Vanderjagt's 32-yard FG w/ :02 left to pull out the win. Minnesota had tied the game with a 24-yard run w/ just 2:54 left in the game.

Indianapolis had taken a 28-21 lead on the previous possession when Peyton Manning hits Marcus Pollard with a 19-yard TD pass, Manning's 4th of the game. That possession followed Daunte Culpepper's 8-yard TD pass to Nate Burleson that tied it at 21-21 with 11:27 left in the game.

Culpepper goes 16-of-19 for 169 yards and 1 TD. But his stats pale compared to Manning, who throws for 268 yards and 4 TDs, while Edgerrin James rushes for 123 yards.
